“The most enduring legacy is the knowledge we impart and the opportunities we create for others through connection and networking.”

Biodun Adedeji is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an alumnus of Lagos Business School, and a seasoned professional with experience spanning accounting, business management, institutional development, professional training and international education.
His professional career began with Odua Investment Company Limited in 1996, where he progressed from Senior Accounting Officer to Assistant General Manager. During this period, he also served concurrently as Managing Director of Ire Clay Products Limited.
In May 2020, after decades of professional experience, he stepped down from his corporate roles to dedicate himself fully to the family business and its vision for professional and institutional development.
Driven by a passion for qualitative education and the development of young people, Biodun has focused much of his work on creating opportunities for Nigerian institutions to gain greater international exposure.
Through Hezab’s programmes, close to 1,000 Vice-Chancellors and senior university officials have benefited from training, institutional visits and international exposure across multiple countries.
Leadership is not only about professional achievement. It is about the knowledge shared, institutions strengthened and opportunities created for others.
